The product is great! I am a former user of Xenical; therefore, I was already familiar with the side effects, etc. I would recommend the product to anyone that wants to lose weight in a healthy manner.
My only complaint is with the seller's of these refill bottles. The refills should come with a "registration number," for participation on the "Alli" website, and my product did not. In the future, I will only purchase from those seller's that offer the registration info with the product.

After many times of dieting and yo-yo weight loss and gain, I think I've finally found a product that works.
The weekly check in keeps me motivated and the on-line support keeps me focused.
I would recommend this product for anyone who is serious about weight loss.

I tried this product at the beginning of the summer and found that it worked, I lost ten pounds. It did it slowly because for a while I wasn't sure it was working.
I have to admit that I too suffered the side effects from eating high fat. So instead of making adjustments to my diet I got angry and stopped taking it after a huge embarrassment (you don't want to know).
I guess I didn't relize how well it was working because I'm gaining the ten pounds back. Now the delemma is which is worse the weight or the oily gas.
I decided that I want to try this again but with the help of a nutritionist because I have trouble with portion control and how to count up fat in non pre packaged foods.
I'm delightd that it works but I need to tweak the diet to make it better. The books that come with the starter are helpful and encouraging and I loved the little pill case it comes with because it fits in my walet. Five stars for working but four for the side effects, which I'm sure people with say its my own fault.
