 Dont' waste your money August 31, 2008
This is not a good product! I wanted something to help me lose weight while my dance studio was closed for a month since I knew my cardio would decrease dramatically. So,I bought 2 bottles based off the reviews I read (personal thought - I think those that posted reviews work/sell the product - shocker). I combined the pills with weight watchers and weight training and nada zip zero zilch! First off: 1 bottle;if you take the max. amount (4/day)= 15 days worth of pills and the min. amount was 2/day = 30 days. So, I tried 2 bottles at the max amount which gave me 30 days. Their "weight loss" regiment that they send you with the pills is a piece of paper that essentially says "Don't eat dairy, drink lots of water, eat healthy and take our pills!" Umm...gee thanks Captain Obvious. I finished my 2 bottles out of spite instead happiness and my waist line is no smaller, my energy no greater. Oh wait what am I saying! Something did shrink...my wallet! Boo - P.S I couldn't post a review unless I gave it a minimum of a star, but do not be fooled I would never give this any stars!

I took this, following the instructions, for 7 days, then 7 days off. During the 7 'on' days, I lost 10 pounds. It felt like I spent all week in the bathroom, but at the time I thought it was worth it to lose so much weight. In the 'off' week, though, I gained back 9 pounds despite sticking to the same diet and exercise routine as when I was taking it.
I tried again, 7 days on and 7 days off. Lost 8 pounds the second time around, then gained back 7 pounds immediately while off. Total weight loss: 2 pounds in a month. 2 pounds weight loss is NOT worth having diarrhea for a month.

I used this product for a month. I started with 2 pills a day for the first week and 4 pills a day for the final three. I lost no lbs. I am a 32 year old male who was also working out a bit during the time. I used the old metabolife in the past and it worked before they took out the effedra. Do not waste your money with this product.

I am a mother of two, most recently a 10 month old. My work out routine was getting me no where so I decided I need to switch things up! Orovo is not a miracle cure for obesity nor did I magically have 4 pounds disappear in 3 days. I do, however, have more energy and have seen a difference in my body since taking Orovo. I work out twice a week for 1 hour then 20 min "mini" work outs (I work out to Jillian Michaels, she rocks) and added Orovo to my routine. I have shaped up and my size 4 pants are starting to fit again! Do not think there are miracle pills out there, you need to eat right (all the time, no "for now" diet) and incoporate exercise into your regular life. Orovo has fantastic herbs and vitamins that your body needs and does not get enough of. I have recommended Orovo to my friends who needs more nutrition and vitamins in their life and I recommend it you to. Besides, $30 bucks for a month is cheap but what you do for your body lasts a lifetime. Please just do not expect miracles....ofcourse ALL bodies are different and some react way BETTER to Orovo than others. Just change your lifestyle and take care of your body! Cheers!

I started Orovo Detox on June 1st, used it for 1 week (as recomended), used the 7-DFB the next week, again as recomended, the third week back to the Detox and the fourth week bak to the 7-DFB, after 4 weeks of taking 8-12 pills a day, I lost a whopping 2 Pounds. But I figured I would give it 2 more weeks, so I started on the regular Orovo, Only 4 pills a day, for the last 2 weeks, guess what folks-nothing, nodda, zilch, zip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
