Used once, but will try, try again July 15, 2008 In an effort to consume less eggs, I tried this in a Pillsbury cake mix. The cake barely rose, BUT it was incredibly delicious! It tasted even better without the eggs. Go figure. The purpose of eggs is to make cakes rise, so I'm not sure if I'll ever get a rise out of anything with this product. But I'll try again.

I have used this in every baked good that I have made - from cookies to pancakes, it works really well. I've gone through several boxes over the past few years and will continue to use this. It's cheap, easy to use, and works well.
