For upper back, shoulder and neck pain, this is the best massager I've tried, and I've tried many! This works well on serious muscle knots without getting my hair or the massager material caught in the rolling balls. The faster speed and the equal height of the rolling balls means I can get relief in a much shorter amount of time than the other shiatsu massagers I've tried. I like it so much I bought another one, for a gift or as a backup for myself!

Works excellent. Strong motor. Gives you a deep tissue massage wherever you position it. Feels like human fingers.

So I have had this product now for about a month.
I really like it. Other than the fact that it's a little bulky to travel with - it's great.
I don't use it as a back massager. I use it for my calves and feet.
After a long day at work - I set in on the floor to massage the arch of my foot. Other times - I set it up on the couch or bed and lay my leg onto it. You can put your leg pretty much right in the middle of the rotating balls and it works the muscle. Little tricker getting the side of your leg, but it can be done.
If you were like me and didn't want to spend the $$ on those huge massaging devices, and found pretty much all the other reviews on about every other product was awful.... go for this one. It's not too expensive and yes - will works great for your calves and feet.

Good for your back and neck, good for severe muscle pains.. You feel as if someone is massaging hard with fingers..

What an excellent product. It is bigger than expected which is great because it makes it VERY sturdy. The massagers are strong and are so great. As I used it the first time I decided that I had to write a review about this.
I totally recommend this product to anyone who needs comfort.
