Great Energy Boost with No Side Effects October 5, 2008
I have been using this product once a day for 2 months now and definitely recommend it for a mid to late afternoon energy booster. Cuts down on cravings for sweets and gives me a great deal more mental focus and physical energy to get through a few more hours of work and a workout at the fitness center. This is a product to stick with. The chews are great, too.

This is my favorite flavor and i have this drink at least twice a day. Although the product contains a little caffeine, it has helped me cut down on the number of cups of coffee i drink daily. i take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Its great and really helps me get through my day after an early morning workout! And this flavor (peach/mango) actually tastes good!
