I definitely can hear well with 3M Litmann II stethoscope...I tried my
other classmates' stethoscopes and liked mine better..comfortable on the
ears, also.

This is all you need. The acoustics are fine. The head is supposed to be better for blood pressures, but I don't take that many to know. I would think that an even less expensive stethoscope would be sufficient for that. This would be good for an advanced nurse or med student who needs to listen to heart and lungs, but not for a cardiology fellow.

This is a great product both lightweight and durable. I use this instead of the stethoscope in the ambulance. I would recommend this to all EMS as well as military personnel.

I'm a nursing student and I didn't have a whole lot of money to spend on a nice stethescope. Good for basic assessment and good clarity of lung and heart sounds. I plan on getting a nicer one after I graduate in a couple years.
