I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE CUST SVC AS I HAVE HAD DEALING WITH AMAZON AND THE 3RD PARTY SELLER OF THIS PRODUCT, AM HEALTH & BEAUTY. I BOUGHT THIS HAIR IRON AND IT WORKED TWICE AND THEN JUST STOPPED WORKING. IT'S GOING ON THREE MONTHS NOW AND NO REFUND FROM EITHER AMAZON OR AM HEALTH. I ALSO GOT LIED TO THRU AMAZON SEVERAL TIMES, BEING TOLD THE ITEM WOULD BE REFUNDED IN 7 DAYS, PROMISES OF CALL BACK'S FROM CUST SVC, ETC ETC.AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY SPEAKS ENGLISH AND ISN'T IN INDIA, WHEN YOU CALL CUST SVC! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT AMAZON.COM AGAIN.

I love this flat iron. I have owned several in the past, both inexpensive and high end appliances, and this one is the best. It is comfortable to use and it leaves my hair lustrous and shiny. It doesn't seem to do as much damage to the hair as others I have used. For someone who has struggled and suffered with curly hair all my life, this is a dream come true.

Not Thrilled with this purchase. I do not see what all the hype is all about. It does not get as hot as my cheaper flat iron. Big mistake!!!!!!
