I highly recommend this product. I have suffered from cronic constipation forever. Whenever I went to the potty it would be because I took 4 exlax the day before, if not I would not visit the potty for +/- 10 days.......it was awful. Nopalina has worked fabulously!!!!!!!!I now visit the potty everday. I couldn't be happier. I take 2 tablespoons with 8 oz. of orange juice at night. GREAT PRODUCT! :)

Well unfortunately, this product did nothing for me, it didnt even really make me go to the bathroom or feel full. But ya know, it could be just something wrong with me because i've heard so many positive reviews about this product so if you are trying to decide whether you want to buy this product or not, dont let my review scare you. But with my experience, it was a waste of my money.

This product was recommended to me by my nutrionist. It really helped with regulating my bowel movements. I went daily or twice a day each day I took this. Its fiber based and natural so its very healthy for you to consume.
I highly recommend this product for irregularity.
