Lightweight clippers with great features November 21, 2008 As other reviewers have noted, if you need heavy duty cutting clippers there are much better products available.
On the other hand, if you want a clipper set that is lightweight, cordless, comes with two easy to adjust 1/8 to 1 3/4 inch comb guides at a reasonable price you will probably enjoy this product as much as I do.
Wahl 9627 HomePro Review August 12, 2008 Cordless, powerful. They wear out but we like it so much, we just buy a replacement.
I wanted these to work well... January 22, 2008 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
I've used Wahl corded clippers to cut my hair for the last 15 years or so, the same set! I really wanted these clippers to be a good replacement, but the quality is abysmal. They may look decent in the picture, but they are very cheap plastic, extremely weak motor (even when plugged in), these just don't work very well on hair, they get constantly bogged down/loaded up even when plugged in, & they also get clogged, for some reason they won't release the hair, it just piles up in the blade... perhaps as a cheap beard trimmer they might suffice, but I didn't find them acceptable at any price, so I had to send them back. I am surprised Wahl is willing to put it's name on these.
Wahl Haircutting Kit September 30, 2007 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
The Wahl 9627 hair cutting kit is a winner. I especially like the clipper combs that help control the cutting process. This allows me to cut my own hair between regular cuts. The battery powered feature is great too. It's everything I hoped it would be.
Dissatified with Amazon August 6, 2007 I returned this product two weeks ago just as instructed (not for quality) and have not been notified of the retun status nor a refund for the product.
