This product does not work. It does not numb or desensitize. You are basically buying plain vaseline for 10X the price. Do not waste your money!!!

While this is a decent product, it should be known that is a .5 fluid ounce tube. VERY TINY for what they charge for shipping. I chose the expedited shipping (my bad choice, I know) but even the regular shipping cost was outrageous for the size/amount of this product. I found the company's response to neutral or negative feed back immature and unprofessional. (Look at their feed back page.) I even received an email requesting my neutral feed back to be removed, stating that it got to me on time- Yes, it did arrive in a very timely fashion and it SHOULD for what I paid! They imply that sending 2 tiny sample packs of Astroglide makes up for the fact that they charge so much for shipping! The product worked just fine, but not worth the money or aggrivation.
