5 out of 5 stars Perfect Alternative to Wasteful Disposables   October 9, 2008
I love the gdiapers! SOmetimes we use the cloth inserts from cottonwood baby with the occasional albeit rare leak. The leaks with the inserts are rare. Expect to switch out gdiapers with a big poop. It doesn't get everywhere, but if you don't catch it early, then a dollop will touch the cloth, and you will have to change the diaper, but I LOVE THEM! Great to travel with also!

4 out of 5 stars good product   October 5, 2008
these inserts are great. They are eco-friendly and not a real problem to flush. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they really only last 2 hours (3 max) so they are not good for bedtime. But otherwise great!

5 out of 5 stars good for the money   August 29, 2008
Although pricier than other brands...I find this flushable diaper well worth the cost. It's nice to use especially for big messes...it beats washing out the cloth ones in the toilet...you can just rip, swish, and flush!!!

I think that the little g diapers are a great breakthrough and good compromise for those who dislike disposable diapers for environmental and health concerns but aren't willing to use cloth diapers. I used them for a while with my infant and found them to be very comfortable for her and I never had any leaking issues. My only problem was the cost. They are significantly more expensive than disposables per diaper/flushable and if you are on a budget, which most families are, they aren't necessarily the best diaper for you. I hope that as they get more popular the price goes down because I would really like to use them more.
