This medication has changed my life for the better. I have been taking it for two years and it works very well for me. I take one pill a day and do not have to worry about bad effects from milk products. I was miserable before and none of the other so-called "lactose intolerance" medications worked. This one works and is convenient.
I do suspect that they have changed their ingredients in the newer boxed pills as it does not seem quite as effective. If you can find the blue box stick with that. The green box does not work as well.

For the first couple of years that my grandson used this product it really worked well, but now it doesn't seem to work if he drinks regular milk. However it does still work for ice cream and other lactose products that he eats.
