This is an excellent product for those who suffer from lactose intolerance. It is convenient and effective - just take one tablet in the morning and you can eat dairy products all day without worry. Much easier than other products.

I used to buy this product at CVS, but they stopped carrying it for some reason. This three pack is a great deal for a hard-to-find product.

This product works great! I take 1 a day (in winter), or 2 a day (in humid weather), first thing in the morning. No need for lactose intolerance pills the rest of the day! Except when I eat cottage cheese; my system does seem to need 1 LI pill then.
There's really nothing to worry about, because it's not a drug. There's no problem if you take too much. It works by making your body create the enzymes you need to digest lactose in dairy products. (Regular LI pills actually give you the enzymes. In my experience, these work better.)

This is the best product on the market that I have found for lactose intolerance. I can now eat ice cream, pizza, and anything I want, with no pain, and only a little diarhea. And I love the convenience of taking it once a day.

I have been lactose intolerant for about 5 years now and I was really skeptical of this product. After trying Lactaid and having gas pains and generally bad results, I couldn't imagine this stuff would be any different. But after a week and 1/2 now, I am eating cheese, ice cream and pancakes (not all at once of course, hehe) But I really am in shock! No more running to the bathroom and staying there for what feels like a lifetime. I honestly can't believe how normal I feel and I have much less fear about eating at restaurants now. It's just so awesome!
I do sometimes feel I need 2 pills a day, but I have a very extreme intolerance - everyone's different. The pills are small and easy to swallow. And the best part is that there was no side effect - no gas! It's sold at a great price too! I love this product and will use it as long as they make it (hopefully forever!) I highly recommend this amazing product!
