Just as fast and potent as Lactaid, in convenient swallowable form, and cheaper. Each pill is individually sealed in foil (like Lactaid Fast Act does it). Kosher.

I have been using this product and find I need to take it every time I am eating dairy. I am using 4 or 5 tablets a day. It is also cheaper at Costco (it you can find it) or at their website.

I've taken different brands of lactose pills without problems. This one caused some upset (seems to push the lactose out rather than digest it) until I discovered that it only takes half a pill. Now I'm fine.
