I've been using this product for a year now and have had no issues whatsoever. If put on a tleast 30 seconds before intercourse the condom does a great job of allowing you to control your ejaculation, but won't strictly prevent it.

If you're reading this then you've probably had problems with premature ejaculation too. It sucks, believe me I know, however, these condoms are NOT the answer in most cases. The first time i used one my penis went numb, and got that tingly feeling like when your arm falls asleep. It just freaked me out and I couldn't do it, so i had to do her oral. I thought since i knew I'd go numb that I'd give it another shot. Same thing happened. My suggestion, put it on as soon as your aroused and skip the long foreplay and they do the trick, but if you like to work your woman before you stick it in, these will have you limp quicker than you can say "what the f!@k". Better alternative, get comfortable with a girl, get her off before you have sex and she won't care how long you last.

I decided to try the Extended Pleasures. Wow I think they worked a little too good, as I had trouble reaching climax. They have benzocane in them which makes you fairly numb, and I think that they're a little thicker than normal condoms. IMO they should have a touch less benzocane and be a little thinner.
After you put it on you should wait a minute as it takes the benzocane about a minute to take full effect. Then go to town...
