i've used on deer,beef and turkey.throw a little cayenne in the mix kids eat it before it cools down.

Best Jerky seasoning recipe ever November 2, 2008
We have tried many jerky recipes over the past 15 years and have modified and altered existing recipes to suit our tastes. Once we tried the Jack Link's Jerky Cure & Seasoning we knew we finally found a recipe that was OUTSTANDING. We don't even have to modify the recipe. It has a great taste and works very well with meat strips, nuggets, and ground meat. Of course it is the best with venison but beef works very well too. I have never cared for jerky until my husband tried this recipe. It is definitely worth a try and the only kind we use now.

We had been buying Jack Links from a local store. They don't carry it during the summer so I looked online and found it at Amazon and only Amazon. Such a great deal. People love Jack Links Jerky around here. We had tried other brands but Jack Links is the best.

We love this jerky cure seasoning. It's not really spicy so it doesn't tear up my husbands stomach like a lot of other jerky cures.
