Quite simply, this jerky is delicious! Very bold, intense peppery flavor that I have not found in other jerkies. Great taste and texture.

Just enough spice to entice even the pickiest of pepper fans, Mr. Z's Peppered is one of my favorite on the run snacks. I love that this stuff is high in protien, low in fats and carbs, and best yet - grass fed. I will keep buying.

This isn't the absolute best beef jerky I've ever had, but it was pretty good. The pieces were tender enough to tear apart and chew. The flavor was VERY peppery, almost too much. It left somewhat of a bitter aftertaste, but not unpleasant enough to keep me from eating more. I think I prefer the sweeter, less spicy flavored beef jerkies.
