Great Price and Flavor January 7, 2009
Using this instead of tuna (way less mercury) to get healthy and lose weight. Has the good fats- omega 3s. I like that it's not skinless or boneless. Great in a salad. I grew up eating this kind sometimes by itself with vinegar. Sound weird? Give it a try.

This is a wonderful item. We've eaten it ourselves, but our cats love it! It certainly owns up to its' name.
