I tried this previously but for some reason, the local supermarkets in my area don't always carry it. When I discovered I could purchase it on line through Amazon, I was happy! This is a really delicious smoked salmon. It has the perfect blend of smokiness and sweetness without being overly dry or gooey. You can even use it in pasta dishes, sandwiches or as an appetizer. A good buy!

My daughter has nagged me to death to eat Salmon so I would gain the benefits of Omega-3's. She says, Dr. Oz insists we need these goodies to be healthy.
Sadly, I have never enjoyed Salmon in any way.... but, since she is my daughter and she nags so well - I tried the Smoked Pacific Salmon.
Salmon is at the top of my list now. I eat a package every day.... Sinfully delicious!
Can't wait to try it in a pasta recipes.

I just enjoyed a pouch of this stuff and it is really, really good tasting. I shared some of the filet with my cats, and they also got the little bit of juice that was in there. We are all very happy now.

This is one of the best smoked salmon I have tasted. I spent 5 years in Alaska eating the freshly smoked and this is the best I have tasted in a commercially made brand. Although it is a small amount per package I have made large bowls of pasta salad with this and it is not short on flavor to feed my troop. This package crumbled into a dinner pasta salad was more than sufficient.
