OK, this isn't the $20/lb jumbo lump crab you find at the supermarket but it's pretty good for the price (I bought it on sale for $17). I wouldn't use this crabcakes but it's fine in soups or stews. Also, it does not need refridgeration which is a big plus. Overall, a good value for the price.
