Yes, these are about the size a pinky finger. Yes, they contain a small amount of carob. Yes, they cost a little more than non-GF products. Yes, they are most importantly, GF. these are great for anyone who has to eat GF. I used them as a side to salad, spaghetti, cheese, dip, and it not only worked well with each, it tasted great! The non-GF family members ate them up quickly. These are very similar to the non-GF sesame breadsticks or the sesame stick you find in Gardetto's mix. These are great! Try some and you won't be sorry.

For a Gluten Free product these are delicious and not full of fat. No after taste and wonderfully crunchy. I usethem in salads, dips or just plain.

You know how sometimes, when you don't feel well, all you want are some crackers and soup? Then you remember you cannot tolerate the gluten in crackers! Well these are perfect. They are great when you feel fine as well as when you just need something light. They are nice and crispy with a slight sesame flavor. Delicious. They go great with cheese, in soups or just out of the box.
I am very happy to have found these, and the price can't be beat when you buy the case. MUCH much cheaper than the one box price at the health food stores.
