Great product and an essential supplement September 26, 2008
This is my third reorder on this product, I'm impressed by it,,,,,I know Life Extension is a good brand so I am very pleased that Amazon carries this at such an exceptionally good price, Combine that with my free shipping with my Prime Membership and I'm a happy camper, Since I hide out from the sun, supplementing vitamin D is important, though it seems that more and more info is coming out on how vitamin D deficiencies can be so dangerous for any and everyone, Soooooo,,,,would make sense for everyone to take some as a precaution,and this one is a minimal investment for such insurance,

Maybe it's a normal side effect, but I seem to have lost my ability to sleep. I feel fine. I haven't dropped over sick or dead, so I supposed that's a good rating!
