I have purchased over 20 other pads to put on top of my mother's sheets. Most of which didn't do the job after a couple of washings. Mom suffers from Alzheimers and severe incontinence and forgets what she is supposed to do. These pads are the perfect size for adults with this problem. Saves me, as her caregiver a lot of time and energy in that I do not have to strip the bed down to the mattress every day (and sometimes twice!). They are holding up well to washing and drying at least three times a week. I currently have 3 pads and am ordering 2 more today of the save size, the large 36x54 inch size.
