AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH August 28, 2008 Finally relief for my aching back without having to leave home! Easy to use and easy to store when you aren't using it. It has helped improve my posture too.
works fine August 16, 2008 Seems to do what it says it does. (I haven't been using it daily.) Light weight, which is good, and uses gravity to help loosen the muscles around the spine, too, which can be really good. My only problem with it is rolling off of it, but I think I just need to practice that. Also, doesn't come with very useful instructions.
Very well made product. August 14, 2008 This Spine Worx device was such pleasant surprise ! It is very light weight, yet very well made and sturdy. I'm pretty well built at 6'3", 250 lbs. and the Spine Worx fits my back very well. I even took it to my chiropractor for his evaluation, and opinion about using it if I can't make it to his office, to help realign the ribs and stretch out the back muscles - he tried it out, and loved it !
Thank you for offering such a nice product and also a great value !
Great device to manipulate your spine August 13, 2008 Works well - but if you're over 300 pounds be careful. It's a bit flimsy at 300.
5 stars for the concept, only 2 stars for the execution.
Ok if you use it perfectly... could use a better "manual" August 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this comment useful.
This product sounds great ... until you get it. It is feels like a cheap plastic toy for your kids but decided to try it anyways.
1st thing: the manual is horrible if you can call that essentially one page sheet a manual. It does give you a big warning to use it correctly but doesn't really tell you how to use it correctly in much detail. Considering this is your spine, the lack of a real guide was very disappointing.
The 2nd thing I noticed is that this thing is significantly off the ground - it looks very daunting. I can easily see how this can bruise you if you're not using it properly or if this thing fits you perfectly.
Supposedly this item fits all backs for people 5ft to over 6 ft. I find that very hard to believe - it certainly did not fit my wife's spine contour too well and it didn't seem to fit mine too well either. She's a little over 5, I'm a little under 6. But this could be because we weren't sure exactly where to lie on this thing!
I did try to adjust myself and it did seem to relieve some pressure in certain positions but I stopped using it. I don't want to be playing guess work with my spine.
