Like a number of people mentioned, it'd be nice if it went farther up to the back of the neck, but I guess that's hard to judge for everyone's neck. Also, would be nice, like others mentioned, if you could have it stop in a particular trouble spot. Would be better for getting out a specific knot. Otherwise, seems well constructed, sturdy, and overall nice to use.

This product is great! I recieved it in new condition and it works fantasic! Also, it didn't take long at all to get to me!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and has already broke. There were 3 different settings, lower back, upper back, full back, which never worked correctly. It always went full back regardless of what you set it on. Definetly not worth what I paid for it and would not recommend it to anyone.

I bought this product a few days ago, and tried it for several times.
The heating is good, and no big flaw on the product.
