According to the Instructions that came with the machine the pads are included with the machine and they were missing. The machine is worthless without the pads and Inna Kogan was of no help. She said to contact the supplier because she got it from Google. The machine was listed as new and obviously it had been used because the box that contained the machine and the plastic that held the machine and parts had tears in it.

The contents inside the box does not match the descriptions mentioned in the instruction manual. It was replaced once but the pads are still missing from the new replacement.

My husband and I have both used the product and have have had wonderful results. It gives a great deal of written information on its use, and I appreciated the dvd that went along with it for better understanding of the product. I would recommend it to anyone with health issues.

My husband and I are using it almost everyday. Mostly to release shoulder pain. After 5 minutes, the pain is gone. I wish amazon has some promotions like buy one get the second one half price, so I can buy one for my mom as a gift. There are two things need to pay attention to. One, don't lay the unit down on the table, or the timing alarm won't work. Second, don't stick to one point for the whole 5 minutes, try move around. Otherwise you will be like me having red dots on the skin and my doctor friend said that's because the cell in the skin was burnet.
