This item does not work and when you download may cause a bug. The company is aware and will automatically upgrade you to 5.1. My computer will not take the down load and im stuck with this CD that has messed up my computer.

I downloaded the demo, which was clunky at best. It hung when I tried to register for the full version. Several of the features were unavailable without the full, so I looked around to see where it was available. Then I read the reviews here. Now I know I should not buy this product.

Installing this program absolutely fried my registry. I have no idea what happened to it. As with another review here, I am far from a computer novice. But the .NET installation, which seems to be completely unnecessary, caused a lot of problems, not the least of which involved crashing my nice Trend-Micro Antivirus software.
The interface of the program makes absolutely no sense. It's completely counterintuitive. There's a series of tabbed options for entering references that take about 5 minutes for every source you use. There's no compatibility with Endnote, and, as far as I could tell, also none with Word.
My favorite part happened when I gave up and tried to close the program and turn off my computer. It wouldn't let me turn off the computer because the program was still running, the program wouldn't stop running because it insisted I had a document open, and it wouldn't close the document because that brought up an error message.
Do yourself a favor. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase this product. If you already have, do not install it. Best case scenario, you waste 10 minutes of your life realizing that the program's no help.
Seriously. This is probably the biggest POS I've ever come across.

This software is more complicated to use than just doing it the old fashioned way. I get error messages constantly and documents disappear. DO NOT BUY THIS!

This horrible program not only "interfaces" with WORD, it dominates it. Not much help for a novice APA user. You cannot export a document to anyone unless they also have this "thing." Icons started disappearing from my desktop, I inputted references several times and could not retrieve them. Could not retrieve entire paper in an easy, seamless way. Finally printed out my paper, did a system restore and redid it in WORD. This doesn't merit a star, but there is no other choice.
