I buy an updated version of this book annually, and use it several times every day in my clinic. It is an excellent investment. I would be lost without it, or spend much more time looking in the PDR.

The Tarascon Pocket Pharmacopoeia is the single reference book that I use EVERYday I practice. I make sure to get my copy as early as I can every year to check all the newest changes and additions. All I need to practice medicine is my stethoscope, a pen, and my Pharmacopoeia.

As a prescriber I have found that this small book contains information about starting dosage for drugs,continuing dosage and marks controlled drugs and organizes it in a way that makes it easy to use
