i am using this book primarily for USMLE CK Preparation, so far this book is extremely useful, all the current guidelines , the right approach to the real life cases, i mean by this not a textbook approach to chest pain with all the causes on earth , no a clinically oriented approach with ultra emphasis on the next step in management and in a very clear concise easy way, on draw back , is the general lay of the book, but as soon as Ur done with 1 or 2 chapter u'll get used to it and you will love it.
1 tiny defect in the adrenal chapter, needed to be expanded a bit, but u can always relay to Harrison's , overall the best focused book
Great book to ORGANIZE core study around! October 30, 2008
I bought this book not expecting much, but it is a great book to organize your other study books around. I write notes in this book, with page numbers from Harrison's and it has really helped me! The Medicine rotation has a lot of material to cover and this book has the main topics to hit when you read.
