this book repeated some of what she has already written . However ,I find it a fascinating subject as I have been going thru similar problems. Suzanne has guided me thru some of this journey and has helped me explain myself and what I need to my Nurse Practioner. I will share with my menopausal friends !

This amazing book introduced me to possibilities . . . never mentioned by any physician. I researched the information, talked with my physician, GYN & pharmacists before starting the BHRT, with extremely rewarding results. Three years later I buy this book as a gift for women and they are amazed . . . at 68 years I introduce a positive new way of living. Go for it!
