The best nutrition study guide out there March 23, 2008

Like so many people, my time is limited, over-scheduled and trying to study a dry subject like nutrition isn't easy. This study guide helped me secure an A in my class while I walked away with a clear understanding of nutrition--definitely changed my eating habits! It is an excellent learning tool towards understanding nutrition concepts. I've purchased other study guides in the past that are useless, but a lot of thought went into this one and it covered all the bases in an interesting way. Well deserved five star and highly recommended!
