4 out of 5 stars Almost Perfect   November 29, 2008
It's really perfect information in a little handbook.
Lo malo es que el encuadernamiento es realmente malo, tuve que anillarlo para seguir usandolo...se desarmo al tercer dia. Aun asi no hay nada que tenga esa calidad de informacion, update y resumida en ese tamano...casi perfecto...

5 out of 5 stars The binding is fine   November 2, 2008
I read the reviews about poor binding before buying this book 3 months ago. While I haven't exactly bent this book in half, the binding is holding up just fine.

3 out of 5 stars Excellent Content with Terrible Binding   September 7, 2008
Received the book yesterday, fliped it through 2 hours ago, 10 pages fell right off, just got back from Kinko's for binding. Enough said...

5 out of 5 stars Great help for clinicals!!!!   September 5, 2008

This is a little gem for quick clinical review! Very helpful when you need your mind refreshed on a topic. Highly recommend for anesthesia providers!!

1 out of 5 stars Great Resorce --Poor Binding   August 21, 2008
I have owned every edition of the book since 1996, and have always found it to be very usefull in the clinical area. I ordered the 2008 edition in July. When it arrivved I flipped through it and pages started coming loose from the binding. Thinking it was just a fluke, I ordered a second copy. When it arrived the binding seemed to be better, but when I started adding a few of my own notes to the margins, the binding again fell apart. I contacted both the publisher and Amazon.com to let them know what happened and to see if I could get a copy of the handbook with a reliable binding...to date I have nothing back from Amazon or the publisher. The poor quality of the binding has turned an outstanding reference into useless trash. Every other edition of this handbook that I own has been well used and dog eared, but I have never lost a single page from these editions. If I were the author, I would start looking for a new publisher.
