Thanks to Healthy woman soy supplement I was able to get completely off of my HRT using estrogen and progesterene It took awhile to figure out how much to take but have been able to settle on one half pill morning and evening and that works very well for me. I think these are great and highly recommend them to anyone trying to get off of Hormone replacement therapy.

Perimenopause, or the time before the actual "change of life"--menopause is not a fun time. Trust me, been there, done that. Some women experience hot flashes, sleep disturbances, night sweats, terminal crankiness, depression, and some poor women have all of them. Still having periods, which may be heavier, lighter or more irregular. Soy supplements can help some women. They should be tried for a month before you give up on them. I've used the Healthy Woman Soy for about 5 years and find it is very helpful. Of course, if you're having severe or prolonged symptoms, a doctor should take a look to make sure it's not more serious. But this tablet pulled me through the worst of it!

These are the only supplements that have ever worked effectively for my hot flashes!If I run out of them..Oh my! I have to find them-I have been known to go to 4 or 5 stores looking for them -now I can get them for a great price and delivered to my door-my last order was 6 boxes from Amazon. I would not be without them-they work!
