i LOVE electo-mix. by offering more concentrated vitamins, it beats the regular emergen-c in value by far.
Sports drink for backpacking, swimming December 29, 2007
Pros: Comes in easy to travel with individual packets for 32oz. Excellent for keeping hydrated for extreme sports such as backpacking the desert in summer heat and long distance ocean water swims.
Cons: Can be a bit bubbly/fizzy in the stomach. Only one flavor.

This is good for people who just want the electrolytes without all of the sugar and artificial colors or flavors. I tend to drink water during the work out, then the mixed water when I am done with the work out. It seems to do the trick of replacing my electrolytes. I would recommend this for anyone who just want the electrolytes. There is no taste to the mixed drink. Tastes very much like watered down orange/lemon juice, which is an accurate description.

I love the flavor. I probably use 1/3 pkg for each water cup I fill. Don't know for sure if it's actually providing other benefits, but I will probably buy it again just because I like it. - and I haven't been sick so maybe that's a good thing.

Instant sports drink. Tastes good. No calories or artificial sweeteners. Way cheeper than buying sports drinks.
