I believe this to be a very nutritious product. I doubt that anyone enjoys cutting down on caloric intake, but this product makes it easy for me. It requires little storage space, and is good to keep on hand for emergency use, as well.

Good way to breakfast in the morning. Quick, tastes good, and does the job. You feel like you just ate a big meal, and it last hours. Choc. is good flavor too.

I have been taking the Slim Fast shake for the past week and honestly it does control my hunger. But it seems that I do not eat out of hunger but out of habit!
