Certainly meets expectation in satisfying my hunger. The taste was not disagreeable, but I do not expect to crave this product either.

Vegan. Organic. Kosher. [Review of blueberry flavor.] Soft delightful energy bars containing organic rolled oats with wild blueberry pieces inside. Topped with delicious icing swirls. Sweet, but not overly so. Nicely balanced. 200 calories, 6g protein, 5g of fiber per bar. Very satisfying. This review is for those out there for whom this makes a difference. They're not bad, but I don't think I'd get them very often. The peanut butter and orange chocolate are much better.

we have tried all of the Optimum bars and this is the best one yet. All are very good.
