 tastes sweet and yummy, but July 22, 2008
the ingredients list shown here has the minerals listed first, not the "real" ingredients. On my container, the first thing listed under ingredients is SUGAR!!!!!! ARGH. Of course it tastes yummy:-) I'll be sticking with Kashi Vanilla and their much more wholesome ingredient list.

I enjoy this product to help me maintain my weight loss of 60+lbs and find the subscribe and save to be a wonderful way to save and receive this item at a great discount. My local grocey store carries this item but it's much more expensive to buy it that way than to order from Amazon. I rely on this product for its taste, healthy contribution to my daily nutritional needs, and convenience as well as reasonable price. Great stuff.

Protein in this shake mix tastes good and curbs my hunger longer than with normal protein shakes. Good price compared to others.

I am deployed right now and I drink this as a great way to get my daily dose of vitamins and minerals since our diet over here doesn't give us everything we need. Not only is it good for you but it tastes great, and mildly curbs hunger.

This is the only way I have ever been succesful in loosing weight. It's satisfying with fast results. I have never had any ill effects from it. The shipping was fast with the best price around. I find the French Vanilla a little too sweet I prefer the chocolate varieties best.
