At 45 i started resistance training. This supplement have allows a pleasant muscle recovery. Great flavor mixed with water, in cereal, and in smoothies.

Lots of protein per serving. Tastes good without the funky artificial sweetener aftertaste. Mixes really well with water in shaker. I've tried many of these types of supplements and this is one of my favorites.
Pros: Taste. Easy mixer. Lots of protein per serving.
