 Hard to find... November 29, 2008
This has been the hardest to find in store. I can only find them online now. I would think the Cherry flavor would be harder to find. Who like cherry, I don't, Strawberry is better.

I like mint (or Spearmint) ChapStick, but this particular ordering process worked horribly. The shipping invoice gets truncated ending with "Pack of...". As a result, I received a box with one ChapStick in it (rather than 24 pack it should contain).
After contacting Amazon via email, they sent me another order (although they never actually responded to the email), which again arrived with only one ChapStick. So then I had 2 of the 24 I should have received.
The next time I called Amazon. At this point (about 2.5 weeks after the original order) they decided they could't actually ship what they advertised, so they told me to send back the two I had received, and they would issue me a refund. I eventually convinced them it wasn't worth sending back the two, so they just issued me a refund and let me keep the two, but it was a lot of hastle to not receive what was advertised.

I was always searching for Medicated Chapstick. The stores in my area never had it in stock. Finding a case on Amazon was exciting. I ordered right away and received the entire case (24 tubes) with no problems. (I've never had a problem with Amazon) Now I don't feel panic set in when I run low. I just go home and take out another tube. Yes, I'm addicted to this product.

I don't know what happened with the other reviewers, but I got all 24 tubes at once - conviently packaged in one large unit. I was concerned prior to ordering after reading the reviews so I emailed Amazon. They gave me a disappointing email. It basically said the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. So, i went ahead and ordered. The few times i have had problems with an Amazon order, they always went over and above to make the problem right. Therefore, i figured no way they would charge me 30 bucks for one tube! I was right. I was sent 24 tubes.
Now, about the product itself. It works great and leaves your lips with a nice tingly feeling. We have tried lots of stuff, this works best for us. WalMart was out - so I bought it here.
