I've tried other Luna Bars, these are probably the tastiest of all of them. Every once in a while when I don't have time for lunch, I'll grab one of these - I like the fact that there's no hydrogenated crap and no High Fructose Corn Syrup in them...Quick, healthy, tasty.
 Impossible to find flavor found! September 24, 2008
I randomly love the Chai Tea flavor which is impossible to find in retail locations nowadays, but I found it on Amazon. The box came in perfect condition, the bars were tasty and fresh, and I'm almost ready for a new box! If you're not big on spices found in actual Chai Tea this may not be for you, especially the strong taste of cinnamon and cardamom, but I love it.

Upon opening this bar inside our car, I thought our spare tire sprung a leak! Sadly, the smell was coming from from the newly opened Luna bar, this one optimistically called 'Peanut Butter Cookie'.
The kids would not go near it, but I figured I'd give it a try, yet could not avoid the overwhelming smell of Car Tire. The (ahem) flavor did not resemble any Peanut Butter or Cookie that I've ever eaten before, at least not on purpose :-)
Buy a single one before you buy the box. Amazingly, some people say they like these...

I really like these because I feel I'm having a candy bar that's full of vitamins,and fiber.
 Toasted Nuts 'n' Cranberry - Edible But Nothing to Write Home About August 27, 2008
I tried the Toasted Nuts 'n' Cranberry flavor and was dissapointed. The taste is rather bland and tastes like what you might think of when you think of a health food bar. Hopefully I can find other people on camping, hiking, biking and skiing trips who like these things cause it will take me forever to eat them.
On the other hand, I've tried a bunch of the Clif bars and they've all been awesome. If you are looking for good tasting snack bars for your outdoor adventures or just something to tide you over during the day go with Clif Bars & skip the Luna Bars or at least the Toasted Nuts 'n' Cranberry flavor.
