No Cover!!! January 11, 2007 7 out of 8 found this comment useful.
I bought this to replace a 25 year old model. There has been no incremental improvement over time. It is VERY noisy. The wand handle must be positioned "just so." and there is no cover for the large tank. I would not buy or recomend this model.
It broke after one month but manufacturer replaced it January 7, 2007 5 out of 5 found this comment useful.
It broke shortly after a month or so. I called the manufacturer after six months. All they asked was the serial number and sent me a brand new one right away. It's a grat product to deep clean your gum. My dentist used to complain about my gum at every visit but stopped since I started to use this product everyday. I bought serval of this product. The first one worked for two years. This was my second. I bought another professional model for my son around the same time and it works well without a problem so far.
Clean Teeth December 23, 2006 5 out of 6 found this comment useful.
I have always liked the WaterPik. The problem is that it is extremely hard to clean. The bowl is impossible to clean, residue from the water is caked on. I have to constantly clean it to make sure mildew or mold does not form.
I could not live without this product, I think it is the best of the products offered. But the manufacturer needs to consider the cleaning process. Maybe it should be made out of aluminum.
Works great for me November 6, 2006 2 out of 5 found this comment useful.
After purchasing this I have only praise for this product. It does what it is supposed to do and have had no problems.
Bad spelled with two bad's August 8, 2006 12 out of 13 found this comment useful.
I didn't believe all the bad reviews having used WaterPiK for over 20 years so I went ahead and bought one anyway, what a disappointment. Within a week it started to stutter and lost water pressure now two months later almost all the pressure is gone. I could have saved some money had I just disregarded all those glowing reviews from questionable sources. I am not sure just what we old time WaterPiK users are to do. Anyone know of a product that works? Please email me if you do.
