5 out of 5 stars Water pic   May 27, 2008
This product was much cheaper than our Wal Mart store and the delivery was speedy too. Free shipping made a big difference. Thanks so much for that offer!

4 out of 5 stars better than using floss   May 1, 2008
With this product I would say I am 90% pleased. It cleans between your teeth a lot better than flossing. Also it gets in between the teeth that are real close together with no problems. It does remove the tiny particles that flossing seems to leave behind.
The reason I only gave it 4 stars is: Reservoir could fit better. Most of the time I have to move it back & forth till the pressure comes thru the jet tip. Once I get that going it works fine. Also it would be better if they had the pressure control on the unit instead of handle. Being left-handed causes a problem because my thumb will push up the pressure level. But that I solved by putting tape on it to where I want the pressure level to stay at. The plus side is that it has a 2 yr. warranty on it and all in all it does the job it claims it will do.

1 out of 5 stars Motor Failure after 5 days   April 15, 2008
The item seemed to do a very nice job for the short time in which it was operational; it left my mouth feeling very fresh. However, the motor conked out after 5 days. In some ways, that's almost a good thing--it's twice as easy to return mere days after purchase than if it hung on for a couple of months before dying.

5 out of 5 stars Love my waterpik!!   April 14, 2008
I bought my WaterPik WP-65 because I got braces and flossing was a pain. The first time I used it I made a total mess...water shooting everywhere, but I have had it now for about 4 weeks and I love it. I will never go back to just flossing.

4 out of 5 stars Everybody should have one   February 28, 2008

My family has used WaterPiks for over thirty years and there is no substitute that I know of. I have needed to replace four during that time because of mechanical failures so quality might stand some improvement but what more would you expect? It has a lot of benefit for the money.
