Have used this one for about a month; replaced one that was 20 years old! What an improvement. The new one is not as noisy as the olderone, and I like the lever on the side that can adjust the pressure. Would recommend this one to anyone.

The first one I bought broke in less than two weeks. The second lasted barely a month. I suggest buying something else.

I see conflicting reviews, mine is based solely on my own experience. I bought this 4 years ago and used it consistently. It still has all of its original strength, works great. Yeah, it's loud & squeaky, but nothing is perfect. I'm impressed that it still works so well, and would buy the same model again if this one ever quit. I recently got braces, which makes this product essential! The tongue cleaner is useless & stupid.

The only trouble that I've had with the three of these that I've bought, is that over time,they tends to clog up. Perhaps it's the minerals in my water system.
Otherwise, it's responsible for saving what teeth I have left, and within a week of use it improves gum health tremendously. My gums don't bleed anymore.
