 Jt4 Jet Tips December 25, 2008
I ordered 4 packages of the JT4 jet tips, making a total of 16 tips. I received the bubble envelope with 2 of the packages opened. I can only surmise that this was due to the handling by the U.S. Post Office. The first tip I used started to leak within 3 days. The second tip I tried used leaked from the very first time I used it. The 3 tip I used has been alright, so far.

Hard to get replacements November 23, 2008
I was pleased to know that there are replacements for this waterpic unit that is very old.I probably would have thrown it away.Thank you for giving my waterpic another chance 0n life.

I was very disappointed to know that WaterPik no longer carries this accessory for their older models. So I was happy to find I could still buy them from Goodman's. I received my order today and found the whole package looked torn. The plastic cover barely attached to the back paper and was easily lifted open. The package was actually the least of the problem. After I took each tip out I found every one of them looked used. The plastic tube parts were supposed to be clear and clean but they were neither clear nor clean. I can not believe they would sell used hygiene product to customers but the scratches in tubes were in such big areas and they look so bad that the last tip I threw away looked much more clear and clean than the ones I just received from them.
It is too bad that I have to throw away my still working wp-20w WaterPik now that I ran out of replacement tips. I wish WaterPik will be willing to carry their accessories longer, otherwise what good can it be if the machine is good but there are no tips to use.

It's so nice to go to Amazon and find product that is no longer in production by the manufacture.
