I suffer from osteoarthritis on my right knee and this product has help me tremendously. I started feeling better right away in comparison with other joint supplements I have tried. I like the fact that you only have to take it once a day. It makes it so much easier to be consistent especially when you have a busy schedule. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a joint supplement.

I have been taking this for six months. My knees hurt when I tried to get up off the couch or out of the car. At work I even used a knee support to help with walking on cement floors. Now my knees only hurt when I twist the knee or the weather changes. Would use if available. Can't find locally.

I have found Trigosamine helps my knees. I am 78 years old and I felt my left knee, especially, was beginning to give way on me and cause me pain when I did my daily three mile walk. My joints seem to perform better when I am able to take Trigosamine.

Within 2 weeks of using medication my husband is able to make a fist with his hand. Due to arthritis he could not close his hand to hold a golf club and now can return to golf.
