I have tried several night guards and none of them have worked. They all fell out of my mouth while I was sleeping, and were also very uncomfortable. I purchased this night guard because the reviews were so favorable and I was glad I did. I use the small guard and it stays in all night and I can actually close my mouth when wearing it. It is a great alternative to spending $500-$600 on one from the dentist.

I was grinding my teeth at night and my dentist recommended a $500 mouth gard... After reading some reviews on Amazon, I decided to give this article a try and I am very satisfied!
It comes with two molds (big/small) and it's very easy to adjust to your mouth.

this product definitely helps me with my teeth grinding, however don't put it in and then decide to hold a coherent conversation. makes it very difficult to talk. :)
