I love this stuff. Takes the aches and pains away and the scent if fading. It is not over powering at all. I am able to save a reasonable amount of money shopping here on Amazon rather than my doctor's office. I recomment this product if you have aches and pains and you would rather use something other than a pain relief pill.

I keep one of these at work and in my car. It has really helped to decrease swelling and improve range of motion.

. . .if you play sports at all! I've been a fan of Biofreeze for at least 5 years now, and it's the best product I've ever used for my tennis elbow and sore right shoulder. I even keep one of the roll-on bottles in my tennis bag in case my arthritic wrist and thumb start acting up. It's hell getting old, but this stuff helps ease the pains of it.

The roll on uses the biofreeze gel. The roll on applicator does not apply enough gel to massage the affected part. The active ingredient in the gel is 3.5% menthol. The light coating provided by the ball does not provide enough active ingredient to the affected part. Sometimes the gel will stick to the inside of the bottle and not come into contact with the ball, further reducing effectiveness. Recommend trying the biofreeze spray or gel, but not in the roll-on applicator.

I have a bulging disc in my back and the pain radiates between my back and lower ankle and foot. My doctor gave me a sample to try and it really work! It relieved the throbbing and allow me greater mobility and now I use it on a regularly when I experience discomfort. I ordered this product and it arrived sooner than expected.
