Product and Service to customer is AWESOME ,transportation seems to have been a problem . But was corrected immediately by Tom ( From Recording Store )He took the time to call me ,collect information and then FOLLOW THRU to get the balance of my order to me in a timely fashion as well as address issue with the transportion carrier . Many Thanks to Tom ,For taking the initiative to correct problem . also excellent follow up with/ to customer.

I have found this product to be very helpful with sore muscles and with "golfer's elbow" or bursitis. The company was very prompt with shipping and offered good service.

I had tried this product in the past and hadn't been able to find it locally anywhere. I found it here on Amazon and I am lucky I found it again. It is fast, convenient and gives quick relief for you muscle aches and pains. I ordered it on June 5 , 2008 and received it yesterday (June 9, 2008 ) Great product and GREAT fast delivery and service.
