in the past, for nearly 30 years, i have used many other over the counter brand names of pain relieving creams and gels. none had the effectiveness (and less obvious odor) and quick relief that i had gotten from bio freeze.
i was introduced to bio freeze when i was undergoing physical therapy for ache and pains in my knees, elbows and wrists. who knows more about such remedies than a physical therapist. i was amazed by this product.
i have even used the product when i experienced aches and pains in my back and shoulders as well.
best of all, to find this product online, is a heck of a lot cheaper than having to purchase it at either a physical therapy center or chiropractor's office.

I bought Biofreeze in the past from my chiroprator, so I was already aware how GREAT this stuff works. Now I can purchase it for a LOT LESS here!

Biofreeze is great. I don't get my hands yucky when I put it on because it is a no rub roll on, and it works wonders for all my physical activies.

I first heard about this product from my primary doctor. Although, she called it by a different name, I purchased Biofreeze because it had the same properties as the one she suggested. I first purchased the 16oz pump and would spray it on my lower back. It worked great. Biofreeze also has a gel and I purchased that and thought for traveling this would be just what I would need to take along in case of pain. I now carry it with me and can use it anyplace. On the product itself, it does state that if your skin is sensitive, put it on a small area first. I had no trouble. I would recommend it to anyone who has minor aches and pains.

Biofreeze Gel 3 Oz. ROLL-ON
I bought the roll on for my father. It is easier for him to use and stays off his hands. This product really seems to be helping his knee and he is getting around much better.
