This unit is identical to the unit my Neurosurgeon wires me up to when I get therapy sessions for my herniated L3-L4 disc. My insurance co-pay is $50.00 per session...slightly more than the the price of this unit. I wear it all day if I want to. It works great, but be careful with this thing. It's diminutive size belies its great power. I run mine at the 3 setting and that is pretty strong. I only wish I had thought to get the unit with the built in timer. Oh well. I highly recommend this unit. As for a previous reviewer stating this is a prescription item, prescriptions are no longer required for TENS units or Amazon would not be selling them.Good luck.
Cons: The electrode pads that come with it are junk. I bought the ReliaMed pads they offer with the unit and they are perfect.

With regards to the items I bought from medical products online I can say without reservation the company not only treated me with courtesy, the owner called me personally when the order was going to be late and gave me some great electrodes as compensation.
I also received a follow-up call to make sure all was satisfactory with my purchase. The product received was as good as units costing hundreds of dollars. I will never shop anywhere else for my medical needs such as what is offered with this site.

After researching the internet for several hours comparing TENS units and prices I settled on the one at Medical Products Online, Inc. to be the best value. I purchased it and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just two days later. It was just as advertised! I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend this product and seller to all.
